Deep Tissue Massage - Similar to Swedish massage, but the pressure is increased to break up adhesions and release lactic acid back into the body. Sometimes not for the faint of heart, but the pressure can be modified to insure that it is still both effective and relaxing. It is a great modality for pain management and injuries. |

Reflexology - A calming modality which focuses on the hands and feet using acupressure techniques to speed healing to problem areas. It is believed that by working on specific “trigger points” in the hands and feet, the benefits can be felt throughout the entire body. My reflexology sessions include a heated paraffin wax treatment on both the hands and feet, which amplifies your relaxation. |

Hot Stone Therapy - Heated basalt stones are utilized to deliver healing by increasing blood flow to the body. These stones are used as tools to deliver effective tissue and muscle manipulation at various pressure levels that are comfortable to the client. As with regular massage, the client can request varying degrees of pressure to insure the best massage for their personal needs. |
